Why five Gold Stars? Easy in one word. Tiffany. Turns out she is the cook who got my order from the boss lady at the front and both of them acted on my request. I wanted the chicken pot stickers but not deep fried. They said they are better deep fried and I said OK, I will try them even though I am trying to eat more healthy. My order of fresh spring rolls (shrimp and veggies with the brown sauce and a side of the orange sauce to mix it up) came and as usual, they were really fresh and good. The excitement came when Tiffany was eating her lunch next to my take out and said "oh, I made the pot stickers for you with some green onions" and I think ginger she said. She pan cooked them instead of in a vat of fat. They were absolutely EPIC. Fresh and light with a bunch of green onions and regular onions in the to go box. Thanks for Tiffany for a super lunch and I hope this healthy option makes the secret menu as a primary option!

This place is great! This will be our third visit since they opened. We've tried a few dishes and they're all so good! Love supporting these family run business!

When we arrived the restruant was empty. They have cleaned up since they changed hands. It seems much brighter. They also have televisions playing scenes of horses in the field. The menu has lots of choices. It can be seen online. We chose the shrimp and pork spring rolls. They were rolled very tight. I was not a fan of the pork but the shrimp was good. All of our selections were very tasty. My husband had the spicy beef noodle soup. Terri had the won ton egg noodle soup and I had the rice noodle chicken soup. The rice chicken noodle soup was way more than just chicken. There was squid, fish cake, pork, bee and shrimp. I was unable to eat it all. I am glad to have Pho Dublin so close and that it has such a good variety of options. We will be back.

I had the vegetarian pho and my gf had the chicken pho. I love the quality of their noodle, it was perfectly cooked. I hate it when noodles are over cooked. & They gave a good amount of noodles, which I love because I hate it when there's barely any noodles and it just all broth. All the vegetables were nice and fresh! The broth was REALLY flavorful My gf had a lot of chicken in her pho as well as a good amount of noodles. She really liked her pho. The chili oil is FRESH and perfectly spicy! You can tell it is homemade !! The reason for it being only 4 stars is because I wish the spring roll had some herbs, and vegetables especially for a vegetarian item. Maybe add mint, cilantro, bean sprouts, and cucumber.

My family and I came here on their grand opening night and we’re very happy with our experience! My mom raved about her bún bò Huế and could not stop talking about how good it was. My dad enjoyed his phở đặc biệt (house special phở). The kids were content with their phở gà (chicken phở) and Thai iced teas. My phở chay (vegetarian phở) was good! We were met with very friendly employees and received great customer service. Our family will be coming back!

This is the newest pho restaurant in Dublin, replacing the previous business Pho Saigon. The owner is best friends with the former one and if you were a regular there you may see a familiar face at the host stand. Their food is great and definitely my favorite out of all options in Dublin. I always get the beef pho with brisket and flank. We have also tried the grilled meat plates which were flavorful, as well as their lychee smoothie and Vietnamese coffee. Give this spot a try and support a local business!
